Cinzia founded Beautique Aesthetics with a clear philosophy: beautiful results begin with honest advice, careful technique and a treatment plan built around the individual.
With seven years of injecting experience, she brings clinical knowledge and an eye for natural looking results to every consultation. She is one of the first practitioners in Wales to hold the highly respected Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Practice, reflecting her commitment to advanced training and high standards of care.
Cinzia has also completed a Level 5 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice, a Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation, a VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Treatments, Level 3 and 4 Anatomy and Physiology, and a VTCT Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy & Massage.
In 2025, Cinzia was named a finalist for Aesthetics Practitioner of the Year at the UK Beauty Awards.

Dr Melissa Shaw is Beautique’s Medical Lead, bringing over 11 years of experience as a GP, with a particular specialism and passion for women’s health.
Alongside her own medical practice, Dr Shaw provides medical oversight and prescribing for Beautique’s prescription-only aesthetic treatments, working closely with Cinzia to ensure every treatment is safe, clinically appropriate and tailored to the individual.
Dr Shaw is also available at Beautique for private consultations relating to women’s health and skin concerns. These appointments provide clients with the opportunity to discuss their concerns directly with an experienced GP in a professional, supportive and confidential setting.

Her experience working with diverse skin types has shaped her considered approach to treatment, ensuring that every recommendation is personal, thoughtful and suited to the person in front of her.
